We are 6 first graders, 6 second graders
& 6 third graders. And do we have
a lot of fun!
We meet on the first and third Wednesday's of the month at 5:00pm
CST and
usually have something on one Saturday a month.

August 21- Back to Brownie Family Swim Party at Amanda's House
Sept 1-Our First Meeting/Welcome new Brownies
Make Tote-Bags to carry our Brownie things in
Sept 15-Meeting-Start working on "God and Me" Award
Sept. 18-Family Bike ride in Shelby Farms
October 6-Meeting- Part two of "God and Me"
Make blow-pops spiders for tray favors for LaBonheur
Childrens Hospital
Also make a scare crow for the Pumpkin Patch.
(The youth of the church where we meet sell pumpkins to raise
money for the Summer Choir Tour)
October 9-"Race for the Cure"-one Mile Fun Walk.
(to raise money for Breast Cancer Research)
October 20-Meeting; finish "God and Me" Award and work
on Try-It: Wearable Art
November 3-Meeting
November 5-The Zoo Snooze at the Memphis Zoo.
6:30pm Friday till 9:00am the next morning.
November 13-Balmoral Service Unit Hayride
at Old West Stagecoach, Inc. in Lakeland.
Starts at 4:30
November 17-Meeting
December 1-Last Meeting of 1999
December 11-Participate in the Germantown Christmas Parade.
Tryit's that we have earned this year:
Girl Scout Ways, Games and Sports,
at our next meeting we will be working on "Wearable
art"
and we have also finished up the book for the "God and
Me" award.
